For members who have signed up before 25 November 2025, your new tier is calculated based on the number of qualified nights or the amount of qualified spend, whichever is higher, at our participating hotels from 1 January 2024 to 24 November 2025. The extended qualification period is our way of showing appreciation for your continued support towards withBanyan.
Your membership automatically renews on 1 January each year, with your membership tier calculated based on your activity in the previous calendar year.
Your membership never expires, and you'll always be a part of our community.
Once you meet the upgrade criteria, either through the number of qualified nights or the amount of qualified spend, whichever occurs first, your tier will be updated within one working day after your stay.
Your updated status and benefits will be available in your member portal, which you can access here.
The tier you are at on 31 December will be retained for the next 12 months, unless you qualify for a tier upgrade within this period.
For example, if you are a Voyager as of 31 December 2025 and have no new stays, you will remain a Voyager until 31 December 2026.

You will be able to view the vouchers after you have checked in for your stay.
Instant perks are only available to members who have booked a qualifying stay or staying at a participating hotel or resort with the facility.
Rooms that are booked by the member with a matching email address, first name and last name on profile will be able to view the bookings in their member profile.
After check-out, only the room that is occupied by the member will count towards the qualifying criteria.

Stays at participating hotels and resorts that are booked directly with us instead of third-party providers not limited to online travel agencies (Expedia.com, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline.com, Travelocity.com, etc.), external booking platforms (Accor), group tours and charters, and corporate discounts (such as airline crew/employee rates or travel agency employee rates).
Other examples of non-qualifying stays include:
- Airline crews
- Airline flight delays
- MICE groups
- Association groups
- Tour series and ad hoc groups
- Barters
- Casino-related
- Complimentary stays, gifts, vouchers and prizes
- Stays with check-out date before member registration date
Qualifying transactions should be reflected within 24 hours after checking out.

No – for ‘No Show’ where a night’s fee is being charged, the credit will not be considered as qualifying spend towards your membership tier.
Only the main booker whose details were used for the reservation will have the stay credited to their account.

Guests in the subsequent rooms will be encouraged to join withBanyan to credit their spend and nights to their accounts and access instant member benefits.

This will be calculated based on the total qualifying room spend before any additional taxes or local service charges. The amount is determined in USD and converted according to the exchange rate at the time of check-out.
Unfortunately, stays or spend prior to joining withBanyan will not be retroactively credited to your account. Only qualifying stays and spend earned after your registration date will be recognised.
Yes, you can earn points as an Accor Live Limitless (ALL) member for your qualified stay booked via Accor while being a withBanyan member. You may still receive member promotions and exclusive benefits wherever applicable.
